Agreement between user and shoppureenvy.com

Welcome to shoppureenvy.com. The shoppureenvy.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Pure Envy (“Pure Envy”). shoppureenvy.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of shoppureenvy.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Sales & Promotions

Sales/Promotions are active only on days of the promotion. Any orders placed before or after a sale has ended will not be honored.

Offers from Customer Service

Customer service offers are valid only within 6 months of receiving. Offers are subject to review and are at the discretion of Pure Envy.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks on any order will result in suspension of the account and any/all store credit, promotions, or gift certificates will be forfeited.

Privacy

Your use of shoppureenvy.com is subject to Pure Envy’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Electronic Communications

Visiting shoppureenvy.com or sending emails to Pure Envy constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via emails and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Shipping Policy

All orders take 1 to 3 business days to process before being shipped out.

We cannot accommodate customers who want to use their own shipping companies or terms due to fraudulent shipping methods and contracts.

Overnight Shipping

We are not responsible for and are excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God and weather-related delays.

Shipping Address

We will not send orders placed with either a P.O. box billing address or shipping address. Both addresses must be a complete physical address.

Billing address MUST match the card being used. If the shipping address is different, customers will be contacted to confirm the shipping address. If the phone number provided is invalid, your order will be canceled. We must be able to contact the person making the purchase.

Store Credit

Any partial/full store credit used on an order makes the order final sale. All credit issued from Pure Envy is valid only on shoppureenvy.com.

Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Pure Envy is not responsible for third-party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation.

Pure Envy and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

If you are under 18, you may use shoppureenvy.com only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Use of Communication Services

The Site may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication tools (collectively, “Communication Services”). You agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send, and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the Communication Service.

By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Communication Service, you will not:
Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others;
Post or distribute any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful material or information.

International Users

The Service is controlled, operated, and administered by Pure Envy from within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree not to use Pure Envy content in any country or in any manner prohibited by applicable laws, restrictions, or regulations.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pure Envy, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising from your use of the Site, any user postings, or your violation of any applicable laws. Pure Envy reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.

Termination

Pure Envy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and related services at any time, without notice. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Georgia for all disputes.

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

Return Policy

Online Return Policy

shoppureenvy.com does NOT provide refunds. Only store credit or exchanges.

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! At shoppureenvy.com, our main concern is to satisfy our customers. Our team will do what we can to make it right!

  • Return packages must be received within 7 business days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tags attached.

  • Use a protective box or wrap with thick paper. Items returned without proper packaging may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • A return confirmation is required before returning any merchandise.

  • Email support@shoppureenvy.com to initiate a return and receive return instructions.

  • Items received outside of the 7-day return window will not be accepted or returned.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • If exchanging, customers must cover the new shipping cost.

  • Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.

  • Any order paid in part or full with store credit is final sale.

  • Store credit issued by shoppureenvy.com is only valid on this site.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All items purchased on sale

  • Accessories

  • Bodysuits

  • Party dresses

shoppureenvy.com recommends returning packages with insurance and tracking for your protection. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
