FAQ

1. Where can I place an order?
All orders must be placed directly through our website at shoppureenvy.com. For returning customers, we also accept phone orders. You must be registered in our system prior to placing an order by phone.
2. How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. If your order qualifies for express or overnight shipping and is placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday), it will ship the same day.
3. What are your shipping options and policies?
We have multiple warehouses throughout the US to ensure faster delivery. As a result, your items may arrive separately. All items are shipped from the United States.

Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days (Free for orders over $50)
Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Local Pickup: Available at our corporate office located in North Atlanta. If your item is eligible for pickup, that option will appear at checkout. You’ll receive a separate email with the pickup address once your order is ready. Pickup is available Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET. A valid ID is required and must match the name on the order. Orders not picked up within 3 business days will be returned to stock and refunded.
4. What is your refund and return policy?
Pure Envy does NOT provide refunds. Only store credit or exchanges are available.

- Return packages must be received within 7 business days of the date your order was delivered.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tags attached.
- You must contact customer service and receive a Return Authorization Code before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be honored.
- Use a protective box or thick wrapping—items returned without packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- A Return Confirmation Number and your receipt must be printed and placed inside the return package.
- Items received without authorization or outside the policy guidelines will not be returned or credited.
- Store credit makes an order final sale and is valid only on shoppureenvy.com.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.
- Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your item.

Non-returnable (final sale) items include:
- Sale/clearance items
- Accessories
- Bodysuits
- Party dresses
