Return & Exchange Policy

Returns Accepted Within 7 Days of Delivery

At shoppureenvy.com, we want you to love your look—but if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.


Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

    The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • All items purchased on sale

    • Accessories

    • Bodysuits

    • Party dresses ( defined as Prom/Formal dress)

Returns are accepted for store credit only—no refunds.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the item for store credit and place a new order.


Store Credit

  • Store credit is issued via e-gift card once your return is processed.

  • It can be used on any future purchase at shoppureenvy.com and does not expire.
  • Any partial/full store credit used on an order makes the order final sale. All credit issued from Pure Envy is valid only on shoppureenvy.com.



How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@shoppureenvy.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and the reason for return.

  3. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions, a shipping label, and a shipping address.



Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at support@shoppureenvy.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it promptly.
