Returns are accepted for store credit only—no refunds.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the item for store credit and place a new order.
Store Credit

Store credit is issued via e-gift card once your return is processed.
- It can be used on any future purchase at shoppureenvy.com and does not expire.
- Any partial/full store credit used on an order makes the order final sale. All credit issued from Pure Envy is valid only on shoppureenvy.com.
How to Start a Return

Email support@shoppureenvy.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and the reason for return.

Once approved, you'll receive return instructions, a shipping label, and a shipping address.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at support@shoppureenvy.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it promptly.
